I loved the grilled burrito platter with chicken and shrimp. The creamy avocado inside and the tart tomatillo sauce to dip makes this dish my all time favorite.

My favorite dish to alter is the chicken stir fry. I love to add a side of black beans which adds the flavor of cilantro to this dish.
